Many people struggle with insomnia. Insomnia can include problems with:

  • falling asleep

  • waking up repeatedly over the course of the night

  • waking up earlier than desired, and not being able to fall back asleep

  • any combination of the above

Sometimes trouble sleeping is the main issue, sometimes it is paired with anxiety, trauma, or depression. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) can help to provide relief from many different forms of insomnia, especially when coupled with traditional CBT.
