ALL SERVICES ARE ONLY BEING OFFERED THROUGH VIDEOCONFERENCING AT THIS TIME.

More and more medical and psychological services are being offered over the internet via videoteleconferencing (VTC). Several studies in the field of clinical psychology have demonstrated that VTC can be as effective as in person treatment. I have provided treatment for many individuals with anxiety, PTSD, and OCD over VTC, and love providing treatment using this modality. I have been providing therapy using remote technologies since 2011.

Online videoconferencing therapy may be a good option for you if its challenging for you to find the time to see a therapist or if you live in an area where few people provide CBT. Importantly, to engage in online treatment you will need a quiet, private room for our sessions - free of children, cute (but distracting!) pets, and other potential disruptions. If you have just had a baby, we can discuss exceptions to this rule.

I use HIPAA compliant platforms for videoconferencing sessions. Doxy.me works from most smartphones, tablets, or computers without needing to download software. You can learn more at: https://doxy.me/ . I also use Zoom, if preferred.

I am able to provide online therapy to anyone living in the state of California or New York, where I am licensed. I have plans to get licensed in other states and will update this website when that is official.
